We got double room, which was modern. Good position was an added bonus. Moreover, the venue was 15 minutes drive from Chateau de Lumagne...

I always stay at this hotel. Staff returned my forgotten earphones. Perfect for business trips. Has Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Coffee shop.

Despite being in a quiet neighbourhood, it is easily accessible with the help of a sat nav. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. Additionally, the breakfast options offered are simple and reasonably priced.

There were occasional instances where there was a slight wait for a receptionist to be available at the front desk.

The rooms were smaller than expected and not as represented in the photos, with limited space to move around. the smell of cigarettes in the corridors and rooms was unpleasant, and there were burns on the floors.

ibis budget exceeded my expectations once again during this stay in saint-genis-laval. the staff were friendly and hands-on, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the wifi and ac worked well. the general cleanliness was good, and it was great value for money with plenty of parking spaces.
